Key Responsibilities 

  • Revenue Ops Ownership: Solve strategic and operational problems across lead generation, sales, and account management. 
  • End-to-End Project Execution: Translate business problems into plans and drive them independently to results. 
  • Initiative Tracking: Monitor key GTM initiatives and update metrics across Teams, Asana and dashboards. 
  • Insights & Analysis: Analyse trends, gaps, and opportunities using Excel, dashboards, and team collaboration. 
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product and Ops teams to keep projects on track. 
  • Presentation & Storytelling: Build executive-ready decks and visuals to communicate findings clearly. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 3-6 years of experience (if MBA/MSc) in Revenue Ops, Strategy, Growth, or Business Analytics   
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint — must be comfortable with modeling, charting, and deck building 
  • Ability to own complex initiatives independently with high agency and clarity 
  • Effective communicator with a bias for action and structured thinking 
  • Experience managing multiple projects with cross-team collaboration 

Bonus Points 

  • Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environment 
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle metrics like churn, NRR, and LTV 
  • Exposure to SQL and BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
