As our Lead Systems Technical Program Manager, you will drive programs for the whole Lead to Cash (L2C) ecosystem within the System team. Typical activities will be planning, designing & driving the success of programs that tackle current and future needs of the business.You will drive the relationship between our Systems technical teams and business stakeholders, wearing many hats along the way. You’ll work with stakeholders across the company, in order to drive the business process systems strategy, road maps, requirements, and delivery.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Strategy: You will help define, plan, and execute the optimization of our lead to cash ecosystem, acting as the glue across our optimization efforts. 
  • Planning: You have deep experience planning and delivering on complex cross-company systems based programs, and you will apply those experiences to help the team be successful here. 
  • Leadership: You will work with our systems team and business stakeholders to align our teams to our core objectives, ensuring we deliver against our end objectives as partners. 
  • Player/Coach: You will be a player and a coach, owning the delivery and providing guidance to three other technical program managers in the team.
  • Delivery: You will lead through example, rolling up your sleeves to plan, execute, deliver, and support our program and project teams building our next generation lead to cash ecosystem.  

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience and being adept at technical leading cross-organizational and multi-workstream programs
  • 5+ years leading technical program managers, working across engineering, product management, business stakeholders, and operations
  • Experience working in Lead to Cash ecosystems, preferably with Salesforce and cloud-based ERPs.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum delivery
  • Proven leader, experience presenting to executive leadership
