Your work-life opportunity:

At Glovo, you’ll be part of a highly talented team dedicated to fostering opportunities for growth and professional development. You will actively contribute to our mission of being a ‘Talent House,’ recognized worldwide for our high talent density, by diligently onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling our workforce.

You will be part of a team where you will:

  • Owning the end-to-end execution of the Global onboarding process for all new hires at Glovo, ensuring a seamless transition and integration for new team members.
  • Maximizing the use of LinkedIn Learning as a tool for developing and training employees, including course curation, creating learning paths, monitoring completion, and reviewing outcomes.
  • Creating and delivering in-person and virtual courses, from High-Level Design to facilitation, ensuring they align with the skills needs of the organization.
  • Designing interactive, engaging e-Learning courses using platforms such as Rise and Synthesia, adapting course content for online delivery.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key metrics and KPIs of all programs and courses, providing insights to the HR and business leadership team on the impact of L&D initiatives.
  • Collaborating with HR and business leaders to identify training needs and designing tailored programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with a team of L&D and Talent Management professionals to create and implement global L&D programs.
  • Work closely with HR and managers to identify learning needs and design effective solutions.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

What you will bring to the ride: 

  • 2 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Experience designing and implementing successful onboarding and training programs.
  • Experience in designing e-learning content.
  • Experience in utilizing LinkedIn Learning or similar learning management systems.
  • Usege of HR data analytics tools to make informed decisions about L&D strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for engaging presentation and facilitation.
  • Experience working in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Experience with HRIS software (Workday is a plus)
  • A passion for Learning and Development and a belief in the value it brings to an organization.
  • A results-driven mentality, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, always seeking new ways to improve L&D initiatives.
  • A focus on simplicity, always striving to make learning accessible and engaging for all.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
