We are hiring a RX Learning Area Manager to manage a team of Learning Coordinators and on-the-floor-trainers! You will implement pharmacy fulfillment center training across onboarding, continuous training, and new leadership assimilation.  We’re creating the premier pet health provider with a focus to drive operations and leadership development.  What you'll do: 

  • Lead and support ongoing development, provide regular performance feedback for team of Learning Coordinators and large team of on-the-floor trainers as needed. 
  • Identify needs or gaps in learning process and in consultation with pharmacy operations teams 
  • Design training and development programs based on the organizational needs in consultation with Regional Learning Manager 
  • Recruit and observe team of on the floor trainers for process training 
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and Conduct Leadership training 
  • Facilitate learning sessions with all process job roles and with Leadership as needed 
  • Supervise all training conducted across shifts and areas at multiple sites 
  • Maintain daily communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting and other teams 
  • Conduct remediation training as needed 
  • Maintain knowledge of operation processes for ongoing assessment of the training process 

What you'll need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree/Associates Degree or relevant experience 
  • Individual must meet and maintain requirements for licensure or registration according to state Board of Pharmacy requirements. 
  • 1-2+ years leading a team within a training/learning, HR, Operations or process improvement role 
  • Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Outlook) 
  • Understanding of fulfillment/distribution center/warehouse processes and flow 
  • Well-developed observational, analytical, verbal and written communications skills 
  • Able to work flexible schedules / shifts as needed for 7 day operation 
  • Effective skills for planning daily/weekly tasks and adapting to challenging demands 
  • Effective skills developing relationships across all levels and functions 
  • Experience leading teams at remote work locations is preferred 
  • Position may require some travel (25%)
