The Difference You Will Make:

We are looking for a bright and talented attorney to join our EMEA legal team as Counsel, supporting a broad range of legal matters for Spain and Portugal. While the role will have a particular focus on regulatory issues and litigation, you will also serve as the primary legal point of contact, providing guidance accross a wide array of legal topics as they arise. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about Airbnb and travel, and who exercises sound judgment in balancing legal risk with business strategy. You should be able to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment and have a proven ability to quickly master new areas of law. We value adaptability and collaboration, and we’re looking for someone who can navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with flexibility, patience, and poise. Based in our Barcelona office, you will be a key member of the EMEA legal team and will report to the Senior Counsel for Spain & Portugal.

  • Able to inspire trust, build strong relationships quickly, and earn the confidence and cooperation of business partners
  • Capable of working both collaboratively and autonomously, with minimal supervision, while managing competing priorities and interdependencies in a fast-paced environment
