Teads is on the hunt for a Legal Intern to assist our Senior Counsel with various needs.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting research on specialized or local law for compliance 
• Review contracts and pleading
• Provide organizational and administrative support 
• Manage ad hoc projects as assigned 
• Help resolve the daily issues that arise in a fast-paced environment 

Requirements 

• One to two years of law school completed or have received a JD
• Demonstrated interest in and commitment to media, privacy, and technology law
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Desire to discover the ad tech industry
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to apply initiative to work independently as well as contribute to the effectiveness of a larger team team
