Logistics Manager ANZ
As the Logistics Manager - ANZ you will be the strategic leader responsible for defining, driving, and continuously evolving our entire logistics and distribution strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This is a pivotal, high-impact role where you'll hold full accountability for the performance of our network—from last-mile delivery to line-haul optimisation—and lead major transformation initiatives to ensure we are scaled for future market changes. You will be the orchestrator, aligning your teams, technology, and strategic goals to balance operational efficiency with a world-class customer experience for all our brands.
This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney and reports to the Director of Downstream Supply Chain.
You will…
- Define and lead the long-term strategic vision for the ANZ logistics function, aligning execution with global industry trends and our overarching business goals.
- Develop and deploy a multi-year roadmap of initiatives that will scale our operational capability and deeply optimise performance across the entire supply chain.
- Own and define the Logistics OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), ensuring objectives are cascaded through teams to create measurable impact at every level.
- Lead the complex integration of commercial data (like forecasts, network nodes, and commercial KPIs) into automated, scalable solutions that prioritise efficiency and customer experience.
- Drive major long-term transformation projects, including the assessment and strategic fit of new technologies and automation for the network.
- Oversee the performance management ecosystem, ensuring all logistics KPIs, escalation frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are integrated and actionable.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across multiple geographies, actively supporting their technical and managerial growth.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for critical network incidents, providing clear direction and delegation to ensure continuity and minimal customer impact.
You have…
- Minimum 7+ years in a high-scale logistics or operational environment, with a demonstrable track record of transformative innovation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience effectively leading and managing high-performing teams and departmental budgets.
- Expert proficiency in data analytics and a deep working understanding of evolving supply chain automation and SCM Technology.
- A Scientific or Engineering Bachelor’s degree (with Project Management or Six Sigma certification highly regarded).
