Logistics Manager
Your daily workout
- You will be responsible for the customer support experience within EGYM’s North American market with a focus on high quality of service and costs
- You will be responsible for the scheduling, coordination and management of relationships with multiple third party logistics and return material authorization processes
- You will monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions needed to meet or exceed performance targets
- You will evaluate and select transportation and logistics vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
- You will manage the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and will keep accurate records/reports to maintain optimal operational needs
- You will ensure communication flow both top down as bottom up
- You will drive department action plans and communicate clear instructions to the team
- You will own, troubleshoot and solve end-2-end process issues concerning order fulfillment, use collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams
- You will create and maintain high quality administrative entries serving the need of high quality process adherence and after-the-fact evidence gathering
- You will support change management initiatives through advocacy and communication
- You will act as a liaison between EGYM’s Customer Service and Support and Logistics leadership and the assembly/warehouse company to oversee an inventory management system
- You will identify cases that require support from parties outside of customer service and support and drive escalation when needed
- You will be responsible for process improvement activities and will design new process and oversee change management of existing processes
- You will provide support for production, order management, and sales teams by participating in purchasing management activities; including but not limited to creating orders, managing bookings and acting as a liaison between third party logistics and assembly
- You will communicate freight, shipping, delivery, and installation updates to .Customer Service and Support and Logistics leadership team, as well as interlocked departments
- You will exercise your conflict resolution skills by responding to problems or complaints promptly and escalate as necessary
- You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies governing logistics operations
- You will strategically and operationally plan and manage human and non-human resources in the service fulfillment process
- You will stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices and supply chain management
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics,supply chain management, business administration or related fields
- You have proven experience in managing and coaching remote teams
- You have experience identifying and learning change processes on on a departmental level
- You have experience in creating process documentation and sharing knowledge with others through training, delivery and mentoring
- You have an advanced level of change management, influencing and coaching skills
- You have expertise in stakeholder management and handling difficult situations (ie. escalations)
- You have excellent analytical, customer service, problem solving, time management and communication skills
- You are a creative thinking, results-oriented professional that can develop and utilize efficient processes, capabilities and tools
- You are comfortable managing multiple projects at one time
- You have experience working with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesfoce and SAP
- You will earn an annual base salary of $75,000 - $90,000.
