We are looking for an experienced IT & Security Manager - all genders (part-time, 20h/week) to lead our company’s IT operations and security initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in IT management and passionate about ensuring a secure and efficient work environment. You will be overseeing our internal SaaS tools, manage our hardware and office technology, support our employees and drive our security strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities: 

SaaS and Hardware Management:

• Oversee and maintain the SaaS portfolio, ensuring efficient procurement and compliance with security standards.

• Manage all company hardware, including computers, network infrastructure, mobile devices, and the on-site office Wi-Fi network. Support up to five subtenants.

IT Security and Governance:

• Develop and implement a strategic IT security plan, aligning with enterprise client expectations and managing certification roadmaps as needed.

• Secure business operations against emerging threats through continuous governance and security protocols.

Operational IT Support: 

• Provide hands-on IT support for ad-hoc user requests and manage structured on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

• Conduct regular security checkups to maintain a secure IT environment and enhance overall employee experience.

• Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

• Strong knowledge of SaaS tools and IT infrastructure management.

• Experience in network management, particularly professional Wi-Fi networks.

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and hands-on experience in implementing security protocols.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot IT issues effectively.

• Strong organizational skills, including maintaining detailed inventories of hardware and devices.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
