We are seeking an individual with a talent for establishing and maintaining collaborative professional relationships to step in as the maternity cover for our Manager of BPO Partnership. In this role, you will act as the vital link between Trustpilot and our partners, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and robust partnerships.

Your contributions will be vital in enhancing performance, handling crucial administrative responsibilities, and supervising contract and relationship coordination, all in alignment with the elevated standards synonymous with Trustpilot. What you'll be doing:

  • Performance Tracking and Improvement: Monitor and enhance partner performance by collaborating with performance managers and operations teams. Support and organize internal initiatives to boost partners' efficiency.
  • Communication and Support: Address queries related to ticket handling, processes, and changes, establishing and managing support channels such as Slack and feedback flows. Plan, train, and support the rollout of outsourced tasks to partners, and facilitate process changes outsourced to partners.
  • Task Outsourcing: Organize the outsourcing of new tasks to partners, including planning the rollout, training, and post-rollout support. Participate in and facilitate process changes outsourced to partners.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update master sheets, and organize and manage shared files for team collaboration.
  • Contract and Relationship Management: Spearhead contract changes and manage negotiations, strengthening relationships between partners and Trustpilot through organized activities. Ensure partners are kept informed about updates and changes.

  • Proactive Coordinator: Efficiently coordinate deliverables and provide detailed feedback. Manage large-scale projects with minimal oversight.
  • Effective Leader: Take initiatives forward and secure necessary approvals. Maintain structure and follow-through on tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Strategic Thinker: Prioritize tasks to align with strategic goals. Understand the broader impact of your actions on systems and teams.
  • Experienced in Supplier Management: Build influential senior-level relationships and handle commercial negotiations. Track and improve service levels to ensure business continuity.
