Get to Know our Team:
Supply Operations team creates and supports processes, systems & tooling to enable commercial growth through innovations and technical platforms. They are analytical, results-driven and believe in leveraging data to inform and design the operational processes & automations that scale operations.
In this particular role of Supply Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and user experience of our CRM system through regular engagements with markets, understanding gaps in the system, and collaborating with both internal and external teams, the Supply Operations Manager will aim towards enhance the system and communication to better serve our users and our business needs along side deriving insights for making better business decisions.
In This Role, You’ll Get To:
- Manage and prioritize the tasks of your teams and own end-to-end projects
- Identify problems and opportunities, based on data and by working with others, to improve critical operational metrics, processes and propose project ideas/solutions.
- Work closely with Supply/ Product Management / Development teams to design appropriate solutions, configure systems, support testing, rollout, and analyze results
- Analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders for making better business decisions
- Mentor team members and evaluate employee performance
- Day to day operations support through ticketing system and provide clear answer to colleagues within set SLAs. Be able to investigate issue and provide insight to colleagues.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Project Management Expertise: Ability to independently lead mid-large scale global projects ranging of various complexity while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Team Management: Trusted leaders who can guide the team to move forward as per company direction while ensuring employee career path and well being
- Technical Mindset: A genuine interest in learning about systems, tools, and logic. Previous experience with CRM systems or managing any other business tools will be beneficial.
- Data & Analytical Skills: Can utilize data skills to interpret complex datasets, transforming them into actionable insights which can help stakeholders make better informed decisions, ensuring our CRM system aligns strategically with business objectives. Understanding of SQL and data visualization tools like Metabase and/or Tableau is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Is proactive in relaying information to stakeholders. Capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience. Comfortable with both written and verbal communication.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across different levels and locations. Ability to understand and manage expectations and requirements effectively.
- Proactive and Fast-Paced: Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to changes and challenges, and driving initiatives forward. Can prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ownership Mentality: A self-starter who takes full ownership of their domain, ensuring that issues are not just identified but also resolved.
