Overview: Reporting to the Treasurer, Director of Procurement & Statutory Accounting, you will lead a team responsible for the cash operations & statutory compliance of all LivePerson entities. We are looking for candidates who are located in the United States of America. 

You will: 

  • Monitor daily cash position, and review all cash movements and daily investments between all banks.
  • Manage an experienced team of treasury professionals.
  • Prepare the quarterly free cash flow forecast and weekly cash reporting.
  • Oversee all global cash & VAT accounting.
  • Assist and drive the coordination and review of our international operations' statutory financial statements to ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting results for our international operations. 
  • Monitor subsidiaries' cash flow reported transactions to ensure adequate cash availability. (Intraday activity).
  • Oversee the submission and reconciliation of all VAT items globally.
  • Review monthly AMEX statements propriety and approvals.
  • Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls around treasury management.
  • Ability to take on special projects, accounting duties, and workflow process improvements.
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of various new systems and processes around bank automation.
  • Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and
  • Monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.

You have:

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Big 4 or other large public accounting firm experience required
  • Proven history of effective management, including the ability to lead and develop junior members of a team
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast cash.
  • Experience with foreign statutory audits & compliance work.
  • Experience with Kyriba, SAP, or a similar Accounting ERP.
  • Robust interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with the confidence to engage with senior Finance executives across multiple departments
  • Willingness to adapt to a high-growth environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Concur, or FCCS a plus, but not expressly required.
  • Strong Excel skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts)

Benefits: 

The salary range for this role will be between $[ 100,000] to $[145,000 ]. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications. During the phone screening, your recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
