Join us! The GoFundMe team is seeking a Manager, Web Project Management to execute our web roadmap in close partnership with the Director of Growth. This role is responsible for turning strategy into action—owning planning, coordination, and delivery across developers, web designers, and content workflows.

You’ll manage the day-to-day execution of major web initiatives, including a theme rebuild, site redesign, new content launches, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects. Success in this role comes from strong project management fundamentals, clear communication, and the ability to keep teams moving efficiently and predictably.

The Job

Web Roadmap Execution

  • Execute the web roadmap defined by Growth leadership, including:
    • Theme rebuilds and site redesigns
    • New content launches and ongoing content updates
    • CRO tests and site optimization initiatives
  • Translate strategy and requirements from Directors of Growth into:
    • Detailed project plans
    • Timelines, milestones, and task breakdowns
    • Clear ownership and delivery expectations
  • Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to keep work on track

Team & Delivery Management

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day work of Web developers & Web designers
  • Content upload and publishing workflows
  • Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, requirements, and deadlines
  • Plan and balance team capacity across multiple concurrent initiatives

Project Management & Tooling

  • Own ClickUp as the system of record for web execution: Create and maintain project plans, task workflows, and dashboards
  • Ensure consistent project hygiene and documentation
  • Run standups, status updates, launch checklists, and retrospectives
  • Provide clear, proactive communication on progress, risks, and delivery timelines

Web Platform & Release Management

  • Oversee execution within WordPress, including:
    • Theme updates and rebuilds
    • Content publishing and QA workflows 
    • Launch coordination and post-launch follow-up
  • Partner with developers and designers to ensure quality, performance, and accessibility SOPs are met

CRO & Continuous Improvement

  • Support CRO efforts by coordinating implementation of tests, updates, and learnings
  • Ensure CRO work is scoped, prioritized, and delivered efficiently
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration

You 

  • 5+ years of experience in web or digital project management
  • Proven experience managing developers, designers, and content workflows
  • Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp
  • Strong experience working with WordPress
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience delivering large-scale site redesigns or theme rebuilds
  • Familiarity with CRO concepts and experimentation workflows
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $126,000 - $189,000+ equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
