This position is open to candidates located near one of our North America hubs (NYC, Chicago, San Francisco) and requires travel for events, including occasional evening or weekend commitments.

How you can help make a better world of work:

As the Marketing & Events Manager at Culture Amp, you will be instrumental in shaping how we engage with customers, prospects, and industry leaders. From conferences and trade shows, to webinars and field marketing activations, you’ll create events that elevate brand awareness, generate leads, and influence the sales pipeline. This role spans the full event lifecycle—strategy, planning, execution, and performance analysis—and ensures that every event aligns with Culture Amp’s mission to improve workplace cultures worldwide.

As part of this impactful role, you will:
  • Design and deliver exceptional events: Plan and execute a variety of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale conferences and trade shows.
  • Manage budgets effectively: Develop and oversee event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and external vendors to align on event goals and deliverables.
  • Leverage technology: Utilize event management tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to manage event logistics and performance tracking.
  • Measure success: Set and analyze event KPIs, report on ROI, and use insights to continuously improve event outcomes.
You have:
  • Proven experience in event management: 2-5 years of experience planning and executing successful B2B technology or SaaS events of varying sizes and formats.
  • Financial and organizational acumen: Experience managing event budgets and juggling multiple priorities using tools like Asana or Trello.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset: Familiarity with measuring and analyzing event performance metrics.
  • Customer-centric approach: A focus on delivering exceptional attendee experiences that align with Culture Amp’s mission.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission

The actual salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Salary (US): $95,000-$100,00 USD

Base Salary Range (US)$95,000—$100,000 USD
