The Role
General Assembly Bahrain is on the hunt for a savvy Marketing and Partnership Executive to join our dynamic team. If you're a passionate, motivated go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments, this could be your chance to shine.
As our Marketing and Partnership Executive, you'll work hand-in-hand with our marketing manager to craft engaging, impactful content that drives traffic and supercharges GA's presence. This is the perfect role for a team player who loves a challenge and is always on the pulse of the latest industry trends.
Main Responsibilities and not limited to:
- Partner with our Marketing Manager to strategize and forecast for affiliate marketing domination
- Cultivate and nurture existing and new rockstar relationships with our growing network of partners
- Proactively grow revenue and affiliate marketing activities to crush those targets
- Keep our affiliate and affinity marketing outreach materials sparkling and up-to-date
- Stay in the know on industry developments to uncover new opportunities
- Manage the production of creative marketing collateral to drive more collaborations
- Work across teams to ideate and execute sizzling social media magic
- Conduct market research to understand our audience inside and out
- Brainstorm innovative, attention-grabbing marketing campaign concepts
- Showcase your expertise across content, advertising, events, and more
- Liaise with external vendors to make promotion events and campaigns dazzle
- Analyze marketing data to continuously refine our strategies
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- 3 or more years of marketing experience (social media, events, partnerships)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Superb organization and time management for fast-paced environments
- You’re great at social media
- You like meeting new people and is always on top of trends and news
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and execute in a timely fashion
- You bring a contagious positivity and enthusiasm to the teams you join!
- Bilingual is a must (Arabic and English)
- Bahraini talent is preferable
