Marketing Executive Assistant
Teads is on the hunt for an Marketing Executive Assistant to join their NY Office.
The ideal applicant will have extensive EA experience ideally within media and marketing and has demonstrated experience of providing EA duties to senior management.
Most importantly you will need to be proactive and happy to help out wherever you are needed.
In this multi-tasking role, you will have the opportunity to take real ownership of marketing project support and administrative duties for the Global Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
Marketing Support:
- Support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and strategies. Assist with day-to-day functions, such as editing, copywriting, monitoring digital channels, and maintaining mailing lists for CRM
- Support sales in the creation of presentations, one-pagers, social media posts, ads, and newsletters to promote the company's news to advertisers, agencies, publishers, and partners.
- Support both for proprietary events and sponsorships and activations. Research of activities, vendors, and venues, administrative management (quotes, invoices, etc.), logistical organization (invitations, management of service providers, etc.), measuring results and making recommendations.
- Support internal and client facing events in the East Coast market - sourcing venues and shipping collateral as needed
- Marketing support including internal communications and internal and external event organization and execution as needed
- Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams, work directly with management to execute on team initiatives and goals
Executive Support:
- Extensive management of calendars and schedules – making, confirming, and changing appointments and prioritizing the most critical matters
- Agile mindset – comfortable with constant change and successfully manages competing priorities
- Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans
- Arranging travel, accommodations, meetings and appointments for the Global CMO
- Submitting expenses semi-monthly
- Applies the utmost discretion given exposure to the most sensitive company information that others on the team may not be privy to
The Person:
- At least three years of EA/Administrative experience is required
- Proactive all-rounder, who can effectively manage multiple aspects of the demanding role
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
- Confident, motivated, organized and approachable
- Ability to multi-task and deal with an ever changing and demanding workload
- Confident to liaise with senior managers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish, build and maintain good working relationships
- Flexible approach to cover other tasks
- Experience of dealing with personal and confidential data relating to employees

- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and within multiple time zones
- This is a Non-exempt position ie. this role is eligible for overtime pay
The base salary range is $60K-$65K; Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this role.
