Job Overview: We are looking for a seasoned and energetic Marketing Manager to join our passionate and driven team. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in demand generation and campaign management, along with experience in customer marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABX) and HR SaaS is highly preferred. The successful applicant will be a strong communicator with an analytical mindset, showcasing excellent collaboration skills across sales and broader marketing functions. They will be responsible for driving new logo sales and customer expansion through strategic regional campaigns while supporting the execution of global campaigns within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pipeline in EMEA, focusing on key markets aligned to the business strategy
- Collaborate with global ABX and Campaigns team to regionalise global campaigns and support execution locally
- Localisation efforts across campaigns, digital and content to ensuring messaging resonates with our target ICP across markets, segments and products for both new logo and expansion
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, content marketing, and events. Partnering with both local and global teams to create consistency throughout the customer lifecycle with a focus on continuous optimisation.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Developing local ABX strategies aligned to campaigns to target key accounts or account segments, and working closely with sales teams to personalise marketing efforts.
- Partner with the SDR team to align on lead qualification criteria and follow-up processes, supporting the acceleration of opportunities through the funnel with a strong focus on conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution.
- Regularly communicate performance metrics and insights with stakeholders to refine and improve strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign and content marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of ABX and demand generation strategies.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ABX (e.g. 6Sense, DemandBase, Terminus)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
