What is The Role

We’re looking for a diligent and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our Marketing Architecture team. In this role, you’ll help run and integrate our marketing event technology stack—tools like Cvent, SplashThat, Jifflenow, ON24, and Zoom—with core systems including Marketo and Salesforce. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our event marketing platforms are operationally sound, scalable, and well-integrated across the broader marketing and sales ecosystem.

This is a hands-on coordination role ideal for someone who is built for flow, interested in marketing systems, and excited to contribute to a high-impact portfolio of event-related marketing technologies.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Support day-to-day operations and integrations across marketing platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash, ON24) with core systems like Marketo and Salesforce
  • Assist in onboarding new event tools and documenting integration workflows, system dependencies, and field mappings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Ops, Regional Field Marketing, Corporate Events, Marketing Analytics, and Sales to support event execution and lead flow
  • Maintain and optimize operational documentation: playbooks, QA checklists, intake forms, and integration logs
  • Monitor lead capture and data sync performance for event campaigns, helping to triage and resolve sync issues
  • Assist with platform testing and quality assurance on forms, registration flows, lead flow process and accuracy, and campaign setup
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, event technology, or a related coordination role
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and event tools like Cvent, Splash, ON24, or Zoom
  • Strong attention to detail and experience handling structured data and marketing workflows
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you’re comfortable coordinating across multiple key players.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing technology space, with a curiosity about integration and automation

You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking architecture team, working behind the scenes to power impactful global marketing events. You’ll gain exposure to enterprise-level MarTech systems, contribute to scalable integration frameworks, and help improve marketing efficiency across regions and functions.
