Marketing Operations Manager (d/f/m)
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will be one of our HubSpot experts, focusing on the technical execution of our marketing campaigns, working closely with our field marketing teams across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to roll up their sleeves and make a significant impact on our operational efficiency and regional marketing success.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll doProvide dedicated support to international markets, ensuring newer regions receive the attention they need to accelerate growth.
Increase operational capacity for the team by handling high-value day-to-day tasks efficiently.
Manage tasks such as building marketing nurture campaigns, one-off campaigns such as events & webinars, and ensuring leads are delivered to sales teams promptly.
Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent support and alignment.
Represent the business as an expert in HubSpot and the other components of the marketing tech stack.
Work on longer-term strategic projects to improve the effectiveness of Personio’s marketing team.
Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with our marketing automation agency to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on campaign management and execution.
Skills: Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot & Salesforce.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive Attitude: A proactive and open-minded approach to managing tasks and solving problems.
Detail oriented: Strong attention to detail and able to collaborate and provide feedback on campaigns.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
