The Marketing Specialist for CEE will support the execution of marketing programs and demand generation initiatives to assist in achieving sales goals in the CEE region. This role will provide operational and administrative support to the Senior Field Marketing Specialist, helping to coordinate marketing activities, track campaign performance, and ensure smooth execution of marketing programs. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the regional partner team to integrate partners into Okta marketing activations and/or execute new pipeline generating marketing initiatives jointly with focus partners. This role reports into the Senior Manager, EMEA Demand Marketing.

Please note this role is a hybrid role based in Munich.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist in the execution of pipeline creation and acceleration programs in collaboration with the Senior Field Marketing Specialist.
  • Support the implementation of internal marketing campaigns by ensuring global assets are fit for the CEE region, taking lead on localisation and translation reviews.
  • Help coordinate regional events, ensuring seamless pre-event, at-event, and post-event activities to maximise engagement and response rates.
  • Approach all marketing initiatives with a partner-first mindset, looking at how we integrate focus partners into various marketing programs. 
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of tactical marketing programs, ensuring data accuracy and insights for optimisation.
  • Assist in managing vendors that contribute to marketing programs, including event venues, direct mail providers, and creative agencies.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Support the Senior Field Marketing Specialist in aligning messaging and assets with brand and legal guidelines.
  • Help coordinate customer reference activities and track engagement opportunities.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • Experience in event management and execution
  • Channel background or experience working with various partner organisations
  • Basic understanding of automation tools such as SalesForce and Marketo
  • Ability to work with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
