This role is fully remote until the new Warsaw office opens around Q4 2025. After that, the position will follow a hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Candidates based in Warsaw are preferred, but strong applicants from other locations willing to relocate will also be considered.The Team & Role
We’re launching a new, dynamic design team based in Warsaw, Poland to build the next generation of Kanzi Studio, our web-based, designer-focused tool for creating real-time 3D HMIs for the automotive industry. We’re a small, experienced, startup-style team and we’re looking for a hands-on UX Designer to help shape the product from the ground up.Your Mission
You'll make complex 3D design workflows feel simple. You'll collaborate closely with developers and graphics experts to craft an intuitive, powerful tool unlocking creativity for designers building the next generation of in car user experiences. As the first UX designer on the new Warsaw team, you’ll have real ownership and influence from day one.What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end UX for 3D scene editing, animation, visual effects, and material creation.
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and clear UI specs.
- Work side-by-side with developers to iterate quickly and polish interactions.
- Engage with users to validate designs and improve based on feedback.
- Lay the foundation for design workflows and patterns as the product evolves.
You Might Be a Fit If…
- You have 4+ years of experience designing UX for creative tools, 3D editors, or other complex interactive software.
- You’re proficient in tools like Figma and comfortable sketching or building fast prototypes.
- You enjoy close collaboration with developers and prioritize usability.
- You are hands-on, self-directed, and excited to help shape a product from scratch.
- Bonus: experience with 3D graphics, animation timelines, or visual effects tools.
