Midweight Integrated Designer - 12 m FTC

Role MissionWe’re searching for an Integrated Designer to join our established in-house Oliver team working with one of our flagship clients in London. You'll dive into a variety of creative briefs, predominantly digital, spanning across emails, websites, banners, social campaigns, and Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH). There will also be some print work involved. Your mission? To help craft innovative, award-winning campaigns within corporate brand guidelines.What You Will Be Doing- Drive projects from client brief to finished artwork.- Collaborate across the team, delivering top-tier design, typography, and layout.- Develop a deep understanding of brand guidelines, ensuring all work aligns with them.- Create presentations, designs, layouts, and assets from scratch for campaigns and events.- Use existing assets to generate fresh, up-to-date content.- Present to clients as part of the team to help sell the creative work.- Work with senior creatives to maintain an efficient workflow system and high output standards.Who We Are Looking For- Someone up to date with the latest design and advertising trends.- An individual who can quickly understand a brief and ask the right questions for clarity and objective achievement.- A person with a superb eye for detail.- Someone who can work well both in a team and autonomously.- A creative problem solver with good communication skills and a professional manner.- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) is essential. Knowledge of AI platforms, XD, and PowerPoint is a plus.- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.- Ability to accurately prepare files for both digital and print output.
