✅The Role

Corsearch is looking for .Net software developers to enhance, optimise and maintain a number of .Net/SQL-based applications in the Trademarks business, ranging from data ingestion & management through to customer-facing web applications.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and maintain a series of .Net applications and ETL processes

• Participate in requirements analysis

• Collaborate with internal teams using Scrum, to produce software design and architecture

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages

• Test and deploy applications and systems

• Revise, update, refactor and debug code

• Improve existing software and optimise performance & stability

• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

• ✅Essential

• .Net, Microsoft SQL, Web Applications (ASP.Net), Windows Services

• Experience with Python

• Database-driven systems; stored procedures, SSIS, etc.

• Other relational databases, such as MySQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL

• Centralized logging such as NewRelic or Data Dog

• Source Control and CI/CD systems, such as Git

• Jira and Confluence

• Technical documentation, such as coding styles, branching strategies and functional specifications

• Agile development practices and continuous improvement

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or similar field

• Strong spoken & written English language skillsBeneficial Skills & Experience:

• AWS hosting & managed services

• JavaScript

• Non-relational databases such as Redis or MongoDB

• Cloud data platforms Data Warehouses, such as Snowflake, Redshift Data Lakes & Cloud ELT/ETL Distributed Processing & Querying, such as Spark and Athena
