Cultivate a Positive, Thriving Office Culture:

  • You will be the first point of contact for employees and guests, contributing to a welcoming and positive office atmosphere with your open and friendly attitude.  
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for staff to address any office related inquiries or concerns. 
  • You will foster a positive and inclusive office culture, ensuring employees feel valued, supported, and motivated.
  • You will ensure compliance with office policies and procedures and will implement and communicate changes as necessary.  
Employee Engagement:
  • You will plan and organize local office events, celebrations and team-building activities.  You will ensure that all internal events are executed smoothly and efficiently. When necessary, you will coordinate with larger global and local teams for larger scale events (such as New Year Kick-Off parties, holiday drives, Fitness Week, etc.) 
  • You will partner with the Global Office Management team to ensure alignment with EGYM’s global employee engagement strategy.  You will be responsible for the execution of this strategy for the North American region.  
  • You will own the functions of welcoming new hires, celebrating employee anniversaries and birthdays, and coordinating recognition/celebration of employee milestones (and more) for the North American based team.  
Facilities Management: 
  • You will oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, food and beverage, equipment, and vendor relationships.  You will ensure that the office facilities are maintained and operational.  
  • You will continuously evaluate processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
  • You will ensure optimal space planning for the Denver office and will support the implementation of EGYM’s hybrid office model.  
  • In collaboration with EGYM Fitness Denver staff, you will help communicate and prepare facilities for activities such as customer visits, internal trainings, and employee onboardings. 
People Management and Talent Acquisition Support:
  • You will occasionally assist in the talent acquisition process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate logistics.
  • You will collaborate with People Management to provide general administrative support and help drive special projects where needed.  

Your fitness level

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or other related field. 
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in office management or similarly administrative roles.
  • You are proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office software (experience with an office management ticketing system is a plus!)
  • You possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. 
  • You are reliable, resourceful and demonstrate excellent problem solving abilities. 
  • You have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.  
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.  
  • You ideally have experience with talent acquisition, including resume screening and scheduling interviews (not required, but is a plus!)
  • You have a high level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.  
  • You have a strong passion for fostering an inclusive, positive and collaborative work environment.  

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • You will have developed a solid understanding of office management processes and handle them with confidence. 
  • You will have established trusting relationships with employees and other key stakeholders around the organization and are recognized as the go-to person for the Denver office. 
  • You will have played a key role in getting the new Denver office ready for occupancy. 
  • You will have actively contributed to improving and implementing office policies and processes.  

The equipment we provide

  • You will earn an annual salary of $58,000 to $70,000.
