Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration.Our employees work in our Chicago office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Our office is located at 110 N Wacker Drive, just blocks from Union Station & Ogilvie Transportation Center.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Operations Analyst role is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of Lincoln’s Operations team, providing valuable exposure to strategic initiatives across the firm. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving major growth initiatives and supporting the leadership team in driving the future of the organization. This position offers the chance to interface with senior leaders, gain insight into executive decision-making, and contribute to impactful projects that span leadership meetings, acquisitions and internal & external communications. The Operations Analyst will operate under a dual-reporting structure to Lincoln’s Operations Manager and Strategic Communications Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the administration and organization of meetings at all levels (e.g., leadership meetings, senior banker meetings, all-employee meetings, administrative meetings) and across all geographies (e.g., U.S., Europe, Global), including agenda management, meeting logistics and content development.
    • Partner with the Operations Manager and functional teams across Lincoln to prepare and organize content for presentations and meetings, ensuring alignment on key topics.
    • Assist in the creation of high-quality content, including PowerPoint presentations, reports and other materials needed for internal & external communications.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of major growth drivers for the firm (e.g., integration initiatives, acquisitions, acquisition integrations, firm reorganization or organizational design initiatives).
    • Coordinate stakeholder meeting logistics, maintain tracking tools, and support the progress of initiatives against established plans.
    • Support the development of change management plans for firm-wide strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, organizational changes, and leadership transitions.
  • Assist the Strategic Communications Manager with the execution of internal communications strategy.
    • Support the execution and evolution of InsideLI, the firm's internal publication, coordinating across functions, groups and leaders to source newsworthy, engagement driving and community building content, draft appropriate messaging, and coordinate distribution.
    • Partner with Marketing to drive maximum readership, including testing various scenarios to drive engagement including headlines, imagery, design/aesthetics, etc.
    • Apply insights from developing strategic meeting content and internal relationships to deliver clear, high-impact communications.
    • Support the buildout and ongoing management of the firm’s intranet.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, enhance or create economies of scale through the course of the work, with an eye for driving efficiencies and leveraging lessons learned and best practices across workstreams.
  • Support in special projects with the Operations team or other functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Talent, IT).
  • Maintain and manage records, documentation and project plans in an organized and easily accessible manner.
  • Other special projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Communications or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced or project-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor content for different audiences.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate quantitative and qualitative information to support sound decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with managing senior-level stakeholders and understanding of meeting logistics and preparation.
  • Creative with content and graphic design, demonstrated experience creating visually appealing presentations and materials. Experience with graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or other content creation software is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 on an annual basis. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Chicago. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.  

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
