Operations Associate
About the role
We’re looking for a Rider Supply Associate to join our Operations Team and help to keep our hard-working riders happy and motivated.
The Rider Supply Team is the riders’ primary contact with Deliveroo. It is in charge of giving riders the best application experience and guaranteeing the best possible riding experience with Deliveroo.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaising with the Strategy, Support and Central Supply teams to ensure you are engaging the right number and type of riders across Italy
- Actively developing strategies for improving rider numbers and retention in key areas
- Moving successful candidates through the application process
- Identifying trends and gaps across Italy’s supply pipelines to help direct our rider marketing strategies
- Perform analysis related to the onboarding process and identify process weaknesses to focus on
- Management of all matters related to the Rider Kit, from managing replacements to troubleshooting all sorts of problems
- Supporting the fulfillment of your team's daily and weekly targets
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Native Italian speaker
- English B2 level
- Excel knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and/or Shopify is considered a plus
