As part of Operations core team member in the APAC region, the primary responsibility of Ops Business Partner is to work intensively with Business, Operations, and various teams to identify and plan strategic initiatives to improve operational process, to attain business goals while meeting Compliance requirements. The role will lead the strategic initiative and engage heavily in stakeholder management for process/solution design, automation and optimization. Separately, the role will work proactively across different teams locally and globally and build credible partnerships across Business units and Operations.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Define KPIs to measure key operational process efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Develop robust methodology to identify and evaluate operational needs from business and Compliance to achieve business targets and customer experiences excellence.
  • Own the program management of strategic initiatives: collaborate with stakeholders to align the solution, define roadmaps, anticipate resource needed and provide ongoing support to push the project forward.
  • Prepare and update materials for quarterly planning and related activities, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies.
  • Build the effective engagement channels and forums between Business and Operations.
  • Build sales enablement programs for high value products.

For this role you are also:

  • At least 5 years of working experiences in business consultancy and program management roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong communicator and sound business judgment.
  • Quick learner in a fast-paced environment and an appetite to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Experience starting and leading new and complex initiatives with program management experiences.
  • Experiences of Operations Process Management is preferred.
  • Preferred experiences in payment and fintech companies.
  • Good command of using analytic tools such as Looker and Big query.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
