Change Management Specialist - 1 year contract

We’re looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our Change Management Team. In this role you will be streamlining communications from stakeholders within the company to the Knowledge Management and Learning&Development teams in order to provide the Customer Support Team with all the information and updates they’ll need to perform their tasks. 

What you’ll do:

  • Handle the flow of information and updates to Customer Support from other departments in the form of Jira tickets, Confluence and slack updates
  • Communicate urgent issues such as payout delays and service errors to agents, activating IVR messages, coordinating CRM campaigns
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any update or new flow impacting customer support, coordinating the content, templates and training changes within the Enablement function
  • Connect the Customer Support teams with the product teams, potentially raising and finding solutions to known issues with the help of stakeholders
  • Contribute to projects by creating documentation and flowcharts and providing feedback 

You’ll be great for this role if you have: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask
  • You have experience in Customer Support or Operations related roles
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Previous experience in Project Management is a plus
