We are currently looking for an Operations Intern to support us with a wide variety of real-estate functions in Madrid. As an Operations Intern, you'll dive headfirst into the world of flexible housing and will have an immersive experience in the heart of our operations. You'll work side by side with our team to deliver exceptional service to our residents, making their Habyt experience truly unforgettable. You will also have a chance to be a part of a high performing team at our newest Boutique property, contributing to the optimization of revenue, occupancy, average rate, and also delivering the level of service that produces guest satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for members' needs and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive living experience.
• Your main responsibility will be to guide our Habyt members through their stay journey. This includes Pre-move interactions, the move-in experience, follow-up throughout the stay with ticket and PMS responses, and a seamless move-out process.
• Collaborate with our Property Manager to oversee and monitor modernization and repair projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within established standards.
• Take charge of day-to-day property operations, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
• Implement process improvements and streamline local operations, with a focus on setting up new, efficient procedures.
• Contact person for owners, asset managers, and tenants as well as assuming responsibility for comprehensive property management.
• Foster and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, cleaning, keys, maintenance, and others, ensuring quality services based on Habyt standards, as well as timely support for property maintenance and improvements.
• Liaise with various internal teams (Sales) and stakeholders (Member Services) to streamline processes, resolve issues, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Checking utility bills to identify any discrepancies and areas for optimization.
• Identification and implementation of optimization potential in the managed portfolio as well as control and commissioning of property-related services. 
• A willingness to work on rotating shifts - 5 days per week including weekends and Public Holidays covering 8AM to 10PM business hours.

Your Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or a recent graduate from Hotel/Hospitality School. Experience in a similar role in the hospitality or customer relations industry (guest relations, customer service or help desk position, or similar) in a hotel or serviced apartment environment, is preferred.
• Passion for real estate management is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; knowledge of any other languages is advantageous.
• Ability to travel around Madrid when needed. Travel card will be provided. Possession of a driving license is preferable.
• Flexibility and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.
• A hands-on approach to a variety of tasks is appreciated.
• Tech-savvy with experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and PMS/helpdesk systems.
