YOUR MISSION AT VOIWe’re looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to support our dynamic Operations team at Voi. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of exciting projects, collaborate with passionate professionals, and contribute directly to the success of our mission to redefine urban transportation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

As an integral part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in solving operational challenges while driving tangible results for Voi’s rider experience. You’ll work closely with Operations Managers and Associates to improve the quality of service and expand Voi’s presence across the city. Here’s a look at your day-to-day:

  • Take ownership of projects aimed at improving service delivery and help us hit key daily targets
  • Improve parking site coverage by identifying and validating parking locations both virtually and on-site within Voi’s operational zones
  • Support City Success Managers in managing complex approval processes for validated parking sites
  • Contribute to area expansion efforts, collaborating with local council authorities to expand Voi’s operational zones
  • Handle and respond to data requests from Transport for London (TfL) and borough information requests
  • Conduct rider interviews to gather valuable insights into user experience and identify areas for improvement
  • Who You’ll Work With:
    • Operations Associates and Managers – Collaborate with a motivated team to deliver results
    • City Success Managers – Work closely to manage key tasks and expand operational zones
    • Fleet Managers and Team Leads – Support the operational side of our fleet to ensure everything runs smoothlyWHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
  • Passion for new mobility solutions – You’re eager to learn and excited to tackle operational challenges
  • Education: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field 
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience and proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office tools
  • Analytical mindset: You’re comfortable working with larger datasets and analyzing data to make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English – Strong communication skills are essentialAdvantageous Criteria (non-essential, but desirable):
    • Experience within the micromobility sector or directly with e-scooters
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI or Metabase
    • Experience of working with light electric vehicles or shared mobility
