✅ The Team:

The team consists of 168 members engaged in Digitization process ensuring trademark related information is correctly captured in company database with correct description of trademarks. Trademark digitization refers to the process of converting physical trademark records into digital formats, making them easily accessible and manageable.

The team ensures accurate data is maintained as inaccurate digitization can lead to incorrect data entry, missing information, or inconsistent records. Such errors can have serious consequences, including legal disputes, confusion among consumers, and loss of brand equity.

The digitization team is responsible for converting physical trademark records into digital formats. This team carries out tasks such as scanning, data entry, and data validation.

✅ What this job involves:

  •  People Management: a) Assist with interviewing and selection of team members and serve as a role model and mentor the team. b) Conduct periodic and annual performance reviews for all direct reports. c) Efficiently utilize all available resources in Operations team (people, systems, knowledge) to ensure timely, cost efficient and quality delivery to stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: a) Grooming of team members through training and improving skill sets. b) Work on training requirement of low performers. c) Provide expert technical referral support to the team.
  • Conflict Management:a) Someone with the ability to identify, address, and resolve conflicts efficiently and effectively.b) Highlight the necessity of strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, identify root causes of conflicts, and develop innovative solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Performance Management:Performance of the team and team members to be monitored, and regular feedbacks shared with team members.
  • Collaboration:a) Co-ordinate with Team Leaders and get regular update on the process and share feedback.b) Collaborate with internal team and offshore team.
  • SLA Management:a) Responsible for day-to-day operations of the LOB (line of business).b) Monitoring SLAs to ensure continuous improvement in delivering value.c) Handle and assist team members in handling complex enquiries within agreed.d) Ensure no disruption to delivery due to platform migrations and / or business transitions.

✅ What you need to have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in operational roles.
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience in creation, reporting, and/or management of data or closely related tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of effectively collaborating across teams and with senior leadership.
  • Should have leadership ability and outstanding organizational skillset who can strive in Attrition Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • A history of successful project management, process improvement initiatives, and collaborative efforts with senior leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently; take initiative and follow-up on assigned projects, balanced by good teamwork skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products like Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
