We are looking for a hands-on person, with a great technical & analytical mind, interpersonal skills and service / solutions orientation.

You will join the Tech Services team that oversees internal-customers' technical requests and needs, configures tools and provides a wide-range service to the Operations & Services department as well as to other departments within the company.

you will act as a technical support liaison and as an escalation focal point. As such, you’ll work on ongoing technical tasks and configurations, initiate and drive the implementation of technical solutions, as well as come up with ways to improve work processes and procedures. You will collaborate on daily basis with different teams such as Bank Operations, R&D, Product, Business etc.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • In this position, you will work as part of the technical team in Customer Journey department - maintaining/ developing/ integrating the operational systems of Customer Journey, like Oracle Service Cloud (CRM), Chatbots, SIP etc.
  • Work closely with R&D and Customer Journey stakeholders to support ongoing projects and new initiatives.
  • lead the design and implementation of cross company projects using the MS Power Platform and other automation tools.
  • Plan, design, track, implement and modify IVR- enabled telecommunications systems to meet the needs of clients and business.
  • Improve work procedures and processes using automation.
  • Daily administration, maintenance and support for existing applications, procedures, and processes.
  • Provide application/system users with technical support, investigating complex issues and implementing solid solutions.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

  • 3+ years’ experience with maintaining and developing the operational systems of contact center tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (specifically Power Automate, Power Apps) or other equivalent iPaaS.
  • Experience working with integration technologies (REST APIs, web services, etc.).
  • Experience testing integrations and exploring new API’s documentations.
  • Experience maintaining and developing CRM system, like Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar
  • Experience working with telephony software technology (IVR).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working with internal and external, cross-functional groups
  • Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
