Outbound Account Executive - on-site

As an Outbound Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth by generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into clients.

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand prospects' business needs and challenges
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos that clearly highlight the value and benefits of our solutions
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to track progress and inform strategy

 

You’ll be great for this role if you have: 

  • 1–2 years of experience in an outbound sales role, with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
  • Comfortable and confident handling high volumes of phone-based outreach
  • Experience in payment solutions or hospitality tech is a strong advantage
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to support peers and share knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong results orientation with a consistent focus on meeting and exceeding targets
