Partner Sales Director, UK

Aligning with the regional leaders, you will be the C&SI lead for the UKI Sales team & our C&SI partners. You will support our Sales leaders with their Industry partner & investment strategies to advance opportunities for our Databricks account teams. Develop relationships with local Global & Regional SI Partner teams operating at accounts in the region.
The impact you will have:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and engagements, aligning sales and marketing teams for successful activation.
- Prioritise and manage partnerships and ecosystem engagements, leveraging a strong network within UK to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with a customer-focused team who values innovation and creativity, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Balanced approach to enablement programs, differentiated asset & offering development, internal promotion, marketing activities, and delivery excellence
What we look for:
- Proven experience in consumption models, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
- A strong network within UK C+SI ecosystem, with the ability to leverage these connections for business growth.
- Ability to prioritise go-to-market strategies and engagements, demonstrating strategic planning and implementation skills.
- Identifying the key SI relationships within your region as part of Regional Ecosystem Planning and working with them to develop and execute partner plans that produce mutually beneficial outcomes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience with a proven record of success.
- 5+ years of experience serving in a senior-level partner or GSI sales-based role.
- Experience in managing an accurate forecast in a regional capacity.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic planning and partner programs.
- Experience with channel sales management, including managing global alliance partners, ideally GSIs with large enterprise accounts.
- Experience building virtual teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Experience serving in partner ecosystem leadership roles within the relevant region.
