We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Partnerships Manager who takes ownership, can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment to grow new partner relationships through effective executive engagement, and handle end-to-end partner management in collaboration with other team members. Working in a dynamic business environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with potential partners to drive acquisition and expansion for our new Workforce Management platform. 

In addition to being adept at both business development and account management, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills to create programs and processes to enable the channel partnerships function to scale.  

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates to drive new client acquisition for the Payoneer Workforce Management platform
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing integration, referral, and reseller relationships with companies in verticals or with products and services that attract customers with a similar persona to ours
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel outbound prospecting plan
  • Identify events and industry shows to attend to prospect for potential partners and affiliates
  • Help develop proof of concepts to assess partnerships opportunities and create mutual buy-in from ideation to execution
  • Stay updated on payments and HR tech trends

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR tech, fintech, or related fields
  • Proven track record of starting and developing partnerships
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking independent action
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to travel 25%

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. 

The annual base salary range for this position is: $140,000 - $160,000.
