This position can be hybrid from any of our European offices - Munich, Berlin, London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Madrid or Barcelona (please note all candidates must be fluent in German and English).

We’re looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to craft, execute and optimise our marketing strategy and activities “to” and “through” our network of partner companies. You will have a focus on our partners in Germany, while also being the point of contact for our Regional Marketing Managers all over Europe for partner-related questions.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the marketing plan for our “to partner” and “through partner”  marketing activations in alignment with the Partnerships team and overall lead and pipeline generation goals

  • End-to-end execution, project management and monitoring of marketing and co-marketing campaigns, e.g.: events, webinars, email, direct mail and media activations

  • Regular alignment with internal marketing stakeholders to make partners a vital element of our overall marketing strategy, e.g. with Regional Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Marketing & Brand and Comms

  • Be the connecting element between the Partnerships and Marketing team and translate business needs into marketing action items

  • Reporting on KPIs for all of the marketing activities related to partners

  • Managing the budget for partner marketing activities

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You are native German speaker and fluent in English

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Marketing with a background in SaaS or at a forward-thinking technology firm

  • You have a proven track record of working in field marketing and are skilled in working with Marketing Automation tools and CRMs

  • Experience working on Co-Marketing campaigns or in Partnerships Marketing is a plus

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to get things done. You are driven by impact and want to be measured by results

  • You feel comfortable when speaking to senior stakeholders and can stand in for your position in negotiations with external parties
