Partnerships Manager
As Partnerships Manager for HelloFresh Nordics you will be in charge of forming and maintaining key partnerships with small and large scale companies/organizations with the goal of securing new growth opportunities for our two brands HelloFresh and Factor in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder and can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow and innovate. Your ability to open doors and achieve sales targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh market penetration by finding and sustaining great partnerships.
You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Senior Affiliates & Partnerships Manager.

You will…- Work on identifying and acquiring key partners that are able to drive growth of HelloFresh and Factor in Nordic markets
- Execute on the partnership agenda for all Nordic markets, to scale growth partnerships, co-branding opportunities, cross-promotional activities and affiliate marketing across HelloFresh and Factor
- Attend conferences, events and networking opportunities with the goal of securing new partnerships
- Define business plans and acquisition activities together with the Senior Affiliates & Partnerships Manager to steer and measure performance
- Deliver high-impact partnership deals all the way from proposal development, outreach and pitch to partnership structure discussions and negotiations
- Oversee relationships with key local vendors, agencies, networks and partners
- Execute on the Nordic sales pipeline and collaborate with our central teams to leverage tools, playbooks and resources to win and scale accounts
- Expertise in Partnerships with 2+ years experience in business development and sales
- Demonstrated the ability to source, launch and expand successful partnerships
- Solid understanding of marketing channels from campaign execution to result analysis
- Knowledge of the Nordic affiliate and partnership landscape
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot), sales analytics and common partnership platforms
- A personable nature and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- Strong communication skills and know how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders.
- Team-player mentality, consistently getting the best out of your team and stakeholder group.
- Experience in other performance marketing channels is a plus
- Native speaker in one of the following Nordic languages: Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
