Who you are:
As a Payroll Partner (Global) in our Global Payroll Team, you will report to the Head of Payroll and help shape this function! You will play an active part in preparing, reviewing and executing our semi-monthly and biweekly payrolls for multiple entities in the Americas and monthly payroll Spain to begin with. As the Payroll function grows, you will have an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise across additional markets whilst continuing to deliver the best experience for our employees. You have experience with ADP Workforce Now and are preferably bilingual Spanish-speaking.
This is an in office position in EL Paso, Texas.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the calculation and disbursement of multiple semi-monthly and biweekly US payrolls, including benefits, taxes, 401(k) plan management, incentives/bonuses as well as any other related compensation adjustments, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local/county regulations
- Execute payroll for several entities in the America and troubleshoot any obstacles together with our external US payroll provider (ADP WFN)
- Manage and audit W-2s and yearly administration of payroll in preparation of the following calendar year
- Process from start to finish international payrolls for countries like Spain
- Partner with different internal teams including Compensation & Benefits, People Operations and Accounting to ensure correct payroll runs
- Support our employees with all enquiries related to payroll, such as change of tax class, certificate of employment, yearly income tax documents
- Communicate with external providers, eg. health insurances, our pension provider,
- Ensure employee personal data is kept up to date and track new & leaving employees as well as monthly variable data
- Administer our payrolls and control incoming and outgoing payments
- Support our Global payroll team as required
- Collaborate with internal/external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
You’ll be great for this role if:
- At least 3-5 years of payroll experience
- You have experience working with American Payrolls with knowledge of employment law and social security in multiple states
- ADP Workforce Now experience to include helping build file feeds with carriers
- Ability to work independently to prioritize and successfully complete multiple tasks with strict deadline
- You are an excellent communicator with active listening and interpersonal skills
Spanish speaker would be a nice addition as we expand the team in the Americas
- You love working with people and care about great employee experience
- You know how to prioritize to meet deadlines and know when to ask for support
- You are able to work in a fast paced environment, where accuracy matters
- Spanish Speaker is preferred
Compensation:
- $55K-65K
- Compensation will be finalized based on the candidate’s experience and location
