People & Culture Intern (d/f/m)
As People & Culture Intern at VIDA, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's growth and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. You will be involved in all activities related to recruitment, employee engagement, people management and culture initiatives and implement processes in all mentioned areas. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to the success of a fast-paced startup.How your day-to-day could look like:
- Employee Engagement & Culture: We want to foster an amazing culture at VIDA - this is your opportunity to bring in your ideas for any kind of employee engagement initiatives, social events, recognition programs, etc. Additionally, you will support in collecting employee feedback to improve our company culture and employee experience.
- HR Administration & Onboarding: You will help us ensure smooth HR operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. You will also have the chance to make the onboarding experience exceptional for new colleagues, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Processes: In many areas, we still have a “green field” to implement processes, guidelines and rituals - you can have a real impact in all HR areas like recruiting, feedback, performance, and leadership.
- Recruiting: You support in our recruitment efforts, including drafting job descriptions, conducting initial screenings and interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews, contributing to the development of recruitment strategies to enhance our employer brand or designing our very first career homepage.
- Other topics: Interested in other topics like internal communications, customer experience or marketing? In our dynamic startup environment, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of topics beyond the core HR responsibilities.
- You finished your Bachelor degree or are currently pursuing a Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ideally, you already gained experience in any of the mentioned HR areas.
- You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Your work style is highly organized and detail-oriented, what makes you capable of managing multiple tasks and projects.
- You are proficient using the Microsoft Office/Google suite. Familiarity with HRIS/ATS software is a plus.
- And most important: You have a genuine interest in people, culture, and talent acquisition.
