About the role
DataCamp is embarking on an exciting global growth journey and as part of that, we are seeking a People Business Partner to ensure both a smooth overall employee experience as well as execute and implement agreed regional/global HR initiatives. You will be a key People Partner for all stakeholders within our B2B function as well as act as the point of contact for Belgium and EOR related topics.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee journey from onboarding to alumni
- Drive seamless processes for the area of responsibilities (career planning, performance management, organisational review, talent planning, promotion, salary review, exit, etc.)
- Drive & deliver projects in line with the People Plan and implement Global HR initiatives within the departments
- Act as a Business Partner and support managers to lead with empathy and build high performing teams
- Provide solutions to complex informal and formal employee relations situations
- Create meaningful talent and retention plans with assigned teams/departments to assist in the business delivering on both local and strategic goals
- Support the rollout of OKR’s and personal objectives setting
- Enable a culture of radical candour, learning, inclusion and performance
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting key roles as well as ensure alignment on resourcing demand
Qualifications
- 3+ years in-house HR administration or operations experience in a start/scale up, preferably with a Tech/SaaS focus
- Hands-on and proactive in thinking about how to improve current People processes and practices
- Experience with core People Operations, e.g. recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, employment letters and contracts, HR policies, visa applications, onboarding, off boarding, etc.
- Extensive experience working with a modern HRIS. At DataCamp we work with BambooHR, Greenhouse, and CultureAmp.

Our competitive compensation package offers additional benefits.
