YOUR MISSION Glovo is looking for a world-class HR Generalist to join our team in HQ. Are you ready to support our Glovo employees in a large variety of topics? Do you feel excited about building and improving HR processes? If your answer is YES we are looking forward to meeting you. THE JOURNEY- Be responsible of data quality processes for HQ Business scope (auditing, reporting, corrections), become a Workday expert!
- Update organizational structures and people data in Workday (salary adjustments, promotions, etc)
- Handle data analysis and reporting
- Track deadline and OKRs progress
- Be the first point of contact for Individual Contributor’s Support: First point of contact for employees and Managers regarding People related policies and process (ie. Performance Culture, Feedback, Rewards and other annual processes such as Performance Reviews, Promotions, Glovoice, etc)
- Support People Director and People Partner on special projects (presentation content, data, events organization, etc)
- Provide the employees with relevant, engaging experiences inside and outside the office. Supporting Glovo organization in events & Team buildings
- Manage onboarding for the team and for business newbies (updating slack channels, distribution lists, PP presentations, etc)
- Prepare calibration, Glovoice and business summit materials
- Create and maintain HQ Business Confluence
- Maintain Job Description Catalogue
- Manage L&D Agenda for the team
- Coordinate exit interviews (scheduling, managing exit data)
- Coordinate Glovoice process (reporting, scheduling, follow ups)
- Assist in organizing employer branding and recruitment initiatives
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- Degree in HR, Labor Law, Law, Business or similar
- 2-3 years of experience in HR (working in Tech environment will be a plus)
- Knowledge of HR operational systems and practices gained through experience and/or university degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management
- Data driven mindset and analytical skills. Enjoy working with data and extracting valuable insights from it!
- Accountability: works under generally directed supervision or possibly independently depending on the specific role.
- Problem-solving skills: problems typically are semi-routine and variable but not complex. You make adjustments or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.
- Ability to think within well-defined, somewhat diversified, procedures with many precedents covering most situations and/or readily available assistance.
- Resilience in working with ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and creativity
- Customer service orientation - you love to solve complex doubts
- Great communication skills
- Fluency in English, perfect verbal and written communication
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
- Knowledge of Spain employment and labor law
- Fluency in Spanish
