A Brief Overview

The People Operations Analyst works closely with the People Business Partner, and other internal People Team

departments to support Human Resources operational processes to achieve business objectives. This role will be

responsible for coordinating and maintaining all Corporate HR activities, including operations, recruiting,

compliance, benefits, HR programs, systems, and reporting.

What you will do

 Provide excellent customer service to internal colleagues by responding to a wide array of inquiries and

open issues related to human resources items.

 Coordinate corporate people activities, including operations and compliance, reporting and recruiting,

immigration and visa processing, onboarding and offboarding and benefits administration support;

ensuring tracking status and follow through.

 Provide PBP with people operational requirements through business changes, organization

developments and daily functions.

 Administer TriNet’s India benefits programs including health, retirement plans, voluntary benefit

programs, and wellness and discount programs.

 Work directly with brokers and carriers to continuously administer and review our plan offerings and

carriers and review renewal decks prepared by the brokers and coordinate renewal meetings.

 Conduct benefits webinars and training as needed for colleagues.

 Provide input and review of accuracy on training materials when necessary.

 Assist in maintaining, reviewing and revising People processes and policy documentation.

 Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with people team to develop solutions, programs and policies.

 Administer human resource information systems and accompanying reporting.

 Administer the full employee life cycle; recruiting activities such as monitoring and clearing background

checks; onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.

 Create offer letters and secure approvals for company-wide transfer and promotions.

 Form strong partnerships with people team centers of excellence to collaborate and communicate

effectively and ensure employee engagement.

 Maintain knowledge of company specific policies and practices, including onboarding/offboarding

benefit programs/offerings, LOA, immigration/visa processing, Flexible Time Off (FTO) and

accompanying compliance requirements.

 Additional program and project participation as needed.

 Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; and/or equivalent experience required

Experience Qualifications

 Typically 2+ years in a shared service HR model with a global public company or a combination of

education and experience preferred

Skills and Abilities

 Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee

relations, immigration, performance management, employment laws and how they are translated and

applied to policies.

 Ability to work with a distributed workforce across multiple time zones.

 Detail-oriented and highly organized

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to express thoughts in an organized, concise manner.

 Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional demeanor with courtesy, tact and work with

peers in a positive manner.

 Strong acumen with systems, data, and reporting

 Ability to work as part of a team, collaborative.

 Ability to be flexible to accommodate business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Self-directed, with solid time management skills in terms of completing workload and approaching

competing priorities.

 Able to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and

Word.
