What is the key purpose of a People Ops Administrator?

As a People Operations Administrator, you will be at the heart of keeping Taboola's HR processes running smoothly across multiple locations. You’ll manage and maintain employee data, handle payroll, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with HR systems. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers you the chance to directly impact our people operations and contribute to a seamless employee experience.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role, it is essential that you have:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR systems management.
  • Proficiency in HR platforms like SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent technical skills in Word, Excel (pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience working in an international business environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance audits and data clean-up procedures.

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

As a People Ops Administrator, you will:

  • Input, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of employee data in our HRIS system.
  • Generate and manage reports related to equity, payroll, vacation balances, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Perform data clean-up, analysis, and assist with compliance audits.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including creating new employee profiles and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Manage offboarding tasks such as updating systems, removing IT and benefits access, and completing exit documentation.
  • Create various HR-related documents, such as promotion letters, maternity leave, salary changes, and employment references.
