YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a strategic-minded People Partner to join our People team, supporting the delivery activity in Spain. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, improving, and implementing People processes, with a special focus on operational teams — the heart of our delivery vertical.

You’ll work closely with the Head of People, the Operations team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that what we build not only makes sense on paper, but truly works for the people on the ground.

THE JOURNEY

  • Design and iterate People processes (onboarding, internal communication, shift management, feedback, training, etc.) with a dual focus on employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and lead redesign efforts from end to end.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People and business leaders to translate strategic goals into effective People initiatives.
  • Use people data (turnover, productivity, engagement, absenteeism, etc.) as a foundation to guide decisions and strategy.
  • Work closely with People Partners and People Generalists responsible for execution, ensuring all processes are scalable, simple, and impactful.
  • Take part in transversal projects (culture, wellbeing, learning, HR tech, etc.) with a systemic and solution-oriented approach.
  • Make sure every process — whether new or improved — is designed with our operational teams in mind, supporting both their experience and our business outcomes.
  • Coaching leaders and supporting them with their leaders skills journey.
  • Ensuring all employees feel listened to, supported and motivated on their Glovo ride.
  • Act as an ambassador of our values, living and breathing our culture.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks ensuring timelines are met, resource needs are understood.
  • Effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal partners, senior leadership and works councils.
  • Ensures critical path timelines are met, resource needs are understood and project prioritization is visible to senior leadership.
  • Cross functional coordination and alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in People / HR Business Partner / Project roles with a strategic or process-design focus. Experience in different areas of HR (recruitment, development/talent management, compensation, People Ops, Employee Relations and dealing with unions).
  • Strong track record in building and improving People processes from scratch.
  • Analytical, structured, and creative mindset, with a strong bias towards action.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into people-centric solutions.
  • Experience with project management and HR tools (HRIS, workflow tools, dashboards, etc.). Good understanding of People KPIs, data, analysis and their application in fostering a high performance culture
  • Previous experience in highly operational environments (delivery, logistics, retail, hospitality, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Bias to action with a good attitude for execution and solving problems, with a hands-on approach.
  • Critical thinking, questioning the status quo and bringing improvements and new ideas for current processes
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge in Spanish employment and labor law is a plus.
