This is a hybrid position for candidates based in Dubai, UAE.
Role Summary:
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and scaling Payoneer’s global paid search campaigns, a key pillar of the company’s acquisition strategy. This role focuses on driving growth and efficiency across Google Ads, Performance Max, and Microsoft Ads through expert execution in keyword strategy, bidding optimization, ad copy testing, and conversion tracking. Working closely with cross-functional teams and Google representatives, the specialist will leverage data-driven insights and new platform features to improve ROI and deliver high-quality leads at scale.
What you’ll do:

Own the end-to-end execution of global search campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, and Microsoft Ads.

Develop and scale keyword strategies — expansion, negatives, segmentation — to maximize reach and efficiency.

Continuously optimize bidding strategies to drive down CPR and improve ROI.

Craft compelling ad copy and extensions to boost CTR and Quality Scores.

Implement robust conversion tracking and deliver actionable insights through detailed reporting.

Partner closely with Google representatives to test new betas, adopt cutting-edge features, and gain strategic advantages.

Collaborate with Creative, Web, and Regional Growth teams to align campaigns with global and local objectives.

Share search insights and keyword trends to inform broader acquisition and SEO strategies.
Who You Are

At least 5 years of hands-on Search Marketing experience managing large-scale budgets.

Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max); Microsoft Ads familiarity is a plus.

Proven track record optimizing bidding strategies, ad copy, and Quality Scores.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker, or Tableau.

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for campaign analysis.

Experience in conversion tracking, attribution models, and smart bidding.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
Not a must but a great advantage:

Experience at a digital or performance marketing agency managing multiple clients.

Background in fintech, payments, or B2B lead generation.

Familiarity with full-funnel attribution and audience segmentation.

Experience running Performance Max campaigns at scale.
