About this role / team: As a Performance Strategist I, you will be tasked with the execution of post sale campaign set ups and creative upload. This role will work closely with our APAC Account Management team who are located in China, Korea, and Singapore and supporting clients in the APAC region. This will require you to have a solid knowledge of Liftoff’s internal tools and customer objectives. You will be part of Liftoff’s Operations team focused on delivering performance for our customers.   Responsibilities:
  • Launch new campaigns and ensure they are set up for success, flagging any non-standard pitfalls
  • Upload new creative units to the platform to improve our Advertisers performance, escalating any issues in the process
  • Identify, triage and escalate issues to management and internal teams
  • Apply edits to campaigns or creatives at the request of our Account Management group to improve customer performance
  • Be foresighted with knowledge sharing - provide regular updates in internal team meetings
  • Perform various audits to ensure all of our campaigns are set up for success
  • Respond to alerts designed to flag issues with campaigns or creatives
  • Implement our best practice in all areas to ensure successful campaigns
  • Communicate directly with our Account management team to clarify requests
  • Identify areas of process improvement and development of best practice
Requirements:
  • Well-developed attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to prioritize appropriately
  • Fluent written and spoken English for global team and customer collaboration
  • Competent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Incident and Escalations Management Experience
  • Commercial Support, Customer Engagement Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Nice to have: 1+ years working experience in a customer support role
Bonuses
  • Mandarin language is a plus to support Greater China Region team members and customers

Preferred location for this position is Singapore. We are a Remote First company, but we have an in-hub day (with lunch catering!) every Thursday at our office (30 Raffles Pl, Singapore 048622) so it would be great if employees could come in on this day. 

 

Liftoff's compensation strategy includes competitive market rate along with equity and benefits and perks that will give our employees what they need to do their best work.  In order to ensure teams are compensated fairly for the work performed, we map out specific levels and take into consideration the cost of labor within each location.

The annual pay range for this position in Singapore is (base+bonus): 55,000 - 66,000 SGD
