We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead and optimize operations at our Ohio-based manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of safety and compliance, and delivering strategic business goals. The Plant Manager will oversee key aspects of site management, including production, personnel development, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. This position is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the dynamic and growing field of 3D printing resin manufacturing.

The Job:

  • Actively drive and exemplify company strategies to build a strong culture of operational excellence, including Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE), compliance, reliability, efficiency, and capital effectiveness.
  • Develop and oversee the budget for production, personnel costs, and strategic projects.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure adherence to budget targets and overall financial efficiency.
  • Develop and implement profit-driven, long-term site strategies with a focus on risk mitigation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations in compliance with legal and internal standards.
  • Foster the growth and development of employees and their skills to meet evolving site and business requirements in line with the company’s expansion goals.
  • Utilize lean management tools to achieve sustainable and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with R&D, QC, and Engineering teams to align product development plans and resource requirements with business objectives and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Procurement, and Finance teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize working capital, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products to customers.
  • Lead and manage 4 departments with a total of 50 employees, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented work culture.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support innovation and production efficiency within the 3D printing resin manufacturing process.

You:

  • Degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior production/manufacturing role.
  • Proven track record in implementing cultural and operational change initiatives.
  • Experience with lean management practices and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English required.

  • Experience developing and executing strategic projects to support the continuous growth and development of the plant.
  • Proven ability to align and implement business strategies effectively across multiple departments.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cultural transformation and organizational change.
  • Familiarity with safety systems such as OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) or equivalent.
