Platform Operations Associate, CPTO Office

At Payoneer, we empower businesses to thrive in today’s fast-paced world. As a Platform Operations Associate in the CPTO office, you will play a pivotal yet discrete role in supporting leadership, enhancing internal coordination, and driving follow-through on key initiatives.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys ensuring that leadership priorities translate into execution. Working closely with the CPTO and Platform Leadership, you will be instrumental in tracking action items, facilitating leadership meetings, and ensuring smooth communication flows - helping the CPTO and his leadership team stay focused on high-impact priorities.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Participate in CPTO and other pivotal meetings, ensuring clear agenda-setting, structured discussions, and effective decision-making.
- Document key takeaways and action items, ensuring ownership and timely follow-ups.
- Proactively engage with cross-functional teams to track and resolve open items efficiently.
- Facilitate timely responses on pressing issues, reducing bottlenecks in decision-making.
- Prepare internal updates, executive summaries, and reports that provide clear insights into ongoing initiatives.
- Support roadmap planning sessions, tracking key initiatives across Platform domains.

- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, track open items, and ensure timely execution.
- Discreet & Professional – Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and judgment.
- Strong Communicator – Exceptional verbal and written skills (both in English & Hebrew), capable of distilling complex topics into clear and actionable insights.
- Collaborative & Proactive – Comfortable working across functions and engaging with senior leadership.
- Process-Oriented & Analytical – Experience in tracking projects, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- 2-5 years of experience in program coordination, operations, executive support, or a similar role within a technology/product-driven company.
- Experience working with senior leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, meeting summaries, and internal updates.
- Understanding Agile, Product Development, and Engineering workflows is a plus.
