POS Customer Care Agent (UK-IE)Who we are:

What you’ll be doing in this position:

  • You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers
  • You take care of our English-speaking customers by phone, email, chat 
  • You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
  • You work closely with other departments

You’ll be great for this position if you have:

  • A good understanding of IT/iOS devices
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team and also independently
