About the roleAs a Solution Consultant for Syncron's Service Lifecycle Management Platform, you will be part of an EMEA-wide Solution Consulting Group, responsible for working independently and teaming with Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Product Managers to retain and grow our customer base.
As a trusted advisor, you will drive an exceptional experience and position the value of the Syncron platform. You’ll be responsible for gathering customer requirements, mapping solutions to their business needs, presenting Syncron’s products, configuring tailored demos, and executing PoC initiatives.
What would you do?- Establish a deep understanding of our customers’ business and technical needs
- Create a “trusted business/technical resource” relationship with our customer’s business managers, technologists and internal teammates
- Develop solution architecture frameworks to support enterprise-level solution selling
- Define system and application architecture, anticipate potential challenges, and provide strategic solutions
- Design, validate and present software solutions, including advanced product concepts, future direction and industry solutions
- 3-5 years (minimum) solution engineering experience (Pre-sales)
- SaaS application experience with knowledge in Service Management Solutions
- Experience in developing and selling enterprise solutions, including crafting compelling value propositions and a proven track record of success
- Ability to work and be comfortable with large data sets
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and drive for results (get-things-done mindset)
- Fluency in German and English business language
- Ability to travel up to 30% of your time
- Data Analysis and AI / ML Experience: Adds additional value to Syncrons Service Lifecycle Management and Aftermarket Intelligence approach
- Aftermarket Industry and Supply Chain Experience: Brings valuable insights to streamline processes and enhance solution delivery
